My Story

Karen resides in Egypt with her mother, who is a widow, and her brother. They live close to the Nile River in a village surrounded by farms. Despite facing challenges, Egypt holds a special place in their hearts, as they cherish family bonds, relish delicious meals, find joy in laughter, and treasure gatherings with friends. Karen's days are filled with school, where she particularly enjoys Arabic but finds Math challenging. She has a penchant for the color blue, adores cats, and delights in the taste of chicken. Swimming brings her joy, and she dutifully assists her mother by tidying up their home and preparing meals. Deeply rooted in her faith, Karen finds solace in the story of Jesus from the Bible, finding comfort in the knowledge of God's unwavering love and presence, even in the face of adversity.
