My Story

My name is Shenoda, and I live in Egypt with my widowed mother and my sister. My mother is currently unemployed, and we live in a village with many farms near the Nile River. Egypt is a wonderful country, and we enjoy spending time with our families, eating good food, laughing, and getting together with friends.

I enjoy going to school, and my favorite subject is Computer, although I sometimes struggle with Math classes. My favorite color is white, and my favorite animal is a kangaroo. My favorite food is chicken. In my free time, I enjoy playing karate and spending time with my friends. At home, I help my mother by doing the dishes and cleaning my room.

Most people in Egypt are Muslims, and there are very few Christians, so it is not always safe to be a Christian here. My hero is the Lord Jesus Christ. I enjoy hearing about how God loves me and knowing that He will never leave me.
